On the question of ignoring certain users, the people I have on ignore are there for a legitimate reason.However, I have noticed that some people are far too quick to believe gossip, lies and rumours, then ignore the user without giving them the benefit of the doubt.
Nevertheless I am relieved that these judgmental easily lead individuals, find me objectionable. I am, after all, willing to give a user a chance before deciding on whether I want to continue talking to them.

well, the people i have on ignore are there because they cotinuously tried the flirting thing and i can't stand that. but i don't like to ignore someone on hearsay or anything like that.
Galileo I also hate that its so demeaning and quite unsettling.Hmmm I agree, though I have had people crawl to me for help, who have consequently, shown themselves to be worthy of ignoring.Those who pretend to be ok are not always honest.
I must agree with alex on this matter. I dont' have very many people on ignore, but those that I do have on ignore are either very unworthy of holding an intelligent conversation, or people who just want to start lots of drama, I'd rather deal with no more than what I have to, lol.
Less is definately more.
